World Music Explorers
Ages 6 to 10
An intro-level ethnomusicology course designed especially for young students, exploring music cultures in different regions of the world. An introductory course, focusing on different geographic regions each semester. Topics for Fall 2025 include music and culture in India and Indonesia.
Small group classes limited to 10 students. Suitable for ages 6 to 10. No prior music experience needed.

Western Music Explorers
Ages 8 to 12
A progressive introductory historical musicology course designed for young students, covering Western music and its evolution at different points in history. A progressive course, focusing on a different period in Western music history each semester. Topic for Fall 2025 is Western Music in the Medieval Era.
Small group classes limited to 10 students. Suitable for ages 8 to 12. No prior music experience needed.
