Fall 2024 Offerings
Intro to Songwriting
Ages 8 to 12
A 6-week course for young students to develop confidence and creativity through the joy of songwriting. Small group classes limited to 6 students, culminating in public presentation of original works at the end of the semester. No prior music experience necessary.
Fall 2024 Schedule Options: Mondays at 4:30p or Tuesdays at 11:30a
Next series begins October 7
Intro to Music Notation Level 1
Ages 5 to 10
Learn to visually and aurally recognize Western music notation and musical elements. Small group classes limited to 8 students, with hands-on music-making activities to develop skills applicable to any instrument. No prior music experience necessary.
